Product Purchases

Due to the nature of Elaine Collins Designs designer products, each item is personally custom-made and made-to-order from your purchase transaction, therefore no refunds, exchange, recompense, returns or alteration or alternative can be given at any time after the order process has been initiated by you at Checkout. Please be aware prior to and at the time of Ordering.

No reproduction of my product Designs or imagery cannot be taken away from the site as they are the sole property of Elaine Collins Designs. If for promotional purposes for the advantage of Elaine Collins Designs; please email for consent to contact@elainecollindesigns.com

We will endevour to get your item to you as soon as possible, delays of product ordering are rare from my manufacturer but in the event it may occur, this has no bearing on Elaine Collins or Elaine Collins Designs and she will get your purchase to you as soon as feasibly possible.

Delivery Policy

Recorded delivery will be taken for each item sent as confirmation of delivery from Elaine Collins Designs. Any non-acceptance of purchased goods by you, after being informed it will be tried to be re-sent to you again within 14 days, re-postage costs will apply if this is the case. If refusal of the received goods by you occurs and return; an email will be sent to inform you that the transaction between the Designer Maker and the Customer has been fulfilled and completed by Elaine Collins of Elaine Collins Designs and the items will be returned to her if refusal occurs once again, once the terms and conditions email arrive to you and a period of 21 days from the email being sent to acknowledge the conditions. After this time period your ownership will be terminated and to your full monetary loss of the order purchase. The item then returns as the full property of Elaine Collins of Elaine Collins Designs and resold at her discretion and gain due to your nonacceptance of purchase(s).

Purchase Privacy Policy

All personal customer information will be kept private and no third party company or person other than the financial necessities for the transaction of payment will be involved. Security through Paypal is established; please see their policies & Procedures for information.

Shop Returns Policy

All custom made items are non-refundable, no exchange or monetary alternative given due to the personalised ordering from you, once you order, the order is in process and cannot be terminated or altered. Please see stated Refund and Returns Policy on individual items also.

Elaine Collins Designs has the discretion to update this privacy policy at any time. When we do, we will send you an email. We encourage Users to frequently check this page for any changes to stay informed about how we are helping to protect the personal information we collect.
